About Vox Custodes

My name is Jon Murad. I’m a husband, a dad, and a cop. I love policing, from crime control to investigations, from strategy to policy. This blog was begun as a requirement for a class at the Harvard Kennedy School, covering digital media and its social power, so it will partly address how the Internet is affecting law-enforcement. Now that I’ve graduated, however, I’m going to see how I might use it to nudge policy in fairer, more inclusive directions that I hope will improve the way our society polices itself.
